70 -- JACADA INTEGATOR / LICENSES/ MAINTENANCES

The Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Office intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to the manufacture JACADA, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302.-1 - - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTATION. The JACADA Software Licenses Maintenance service is proprietary to and solely distributed by JACADA, Inc., in the United States without any resellers. This acquisition is for annual software licenses maintenance and kits of JACADA, Inc. The IT Program Office has currently Jacada software development as the standard e-tool running the web application suite and. JACADA is the only identified source able to provide the integrated system with the capability of the software. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) YYITB6PR6A295 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
