The C-RAM Program Office has a requirement to procure VTMiltope C-RAM 8 inch Ruggedized Handheld Terminal Units (RHTU)computers under the CHESS IDIQ contract. VTMiltope is identified as the only source that provides computers meeting the specifications required. This acquisition is for Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD) Forward Area Control Terminal (FACT) system hardware purchase of 100 each MTMiltope/C-RAM 8 inch RHTU computers.
