The Department of the Navy, through the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) utilizing existing GSA schedules. This agreement will cover the lease and purchase of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) personal computers, laptops, printers, software, and other peripheral devices. These items are intended to support Afloat SPAWAR systems as well as National Security Systems (NSS). The BPA will serve several key Navy programs, including Ship PC, VIXS, SCI Networks, Tactical Information Dissemination System, IDS, Network Operations Center, Navy Tactical Command Support System, Global Command and Control System-Maritime, CINCPACFLT Leased PCs, and CINCLANTFLT PCs.
