This is a Notice of Intent to make a brand preference award under the authority of FAR 13.501 for Palo Alto Firewalls PA-5020 and PA-2050, also to include the support services. No solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements as stated in the attached Justification and Approval, may submit a response; which, if received within seven (7) calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
