The Department of State is soliciting bids under solicitation number 10693M2282 for the procurement of a VBLOCK system, professional installation and deployment services for a Vblock 200, and 250 training units. This is an unrestricted invitation for bids conducted via a competitive reverse auction on FedBid.com. Bidders must hold an existing NASA SEWP IV contract or be documented agents of a partner's contract, and pricing must not exceed applicable contract ceiling prices. All provided equipment must be new, in original packaging, and sourced through manufacturer-approved distribution channels, with no refurbished or grey market items permitted. While the overall VBLOCK structured solution, consulting, and training may be substituted with equal products meeting minimum requirements, the specific proprietary components of the VBLOCK cannot be substituted. Award decisions will be based on best value, prioritizing delivery schedules, technical compliance, and past performance over price. Bids must be valid for 30 days from the closing date, and the successful contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management.
