Combined Synopsis/Solicitation | 70FBR622R00000014 The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has an urgent requirement and is considering the issuance of single or multi-vendor task order(s) from a Blanket Purchase Agreement for 100-gallon or larger propane tank rentals in support of disaster relief operations for Hurricane Ida - DR4611. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, FAR 13.106-1, and FAR 15.405. Price The contractor shall complete the attached pricing chart or solicitation template which includes the product pricing, service fees, and delivery fees. Additionally, the Contractor must provide an image, product description, and specification of proposed equipment for this solicitation. Factor 3. Experience and Technical Competence in the type of work required The offeror's proposal will be evaluated for its quality and evidence of the extent to which the contractor demonstrates its knowledge and a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the requirement and the capability to perform the requirements outlined in the statement of work (SOW) and solicitation. Factor 4. Past Performance The Government will evaluate each Offeror's past performance (minimum of 3 examples) and completion requirements of a similar size, scope, and complexity, as proven by the successful management of current and previous contracts of a similar magnitude, scope, and complexity.
