This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with Beaux-Arts Group Inc for carpet, Arnold furniture, and Krueger auditorium seating. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to furniture and installation at Qatar under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to time requirement in response to service and location of service to be provided. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Qatar. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52-232-33, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001.
