Full Description

Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, DOC Operations Branch intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to Uniset; 449 Avenue A Rochester, NY 14621 to provide Studio Equipment for Public Affairs Office at Fort Huachuca, AZ. UN ISET Modular Studio Staging System, New Universal News StuingT quote mark ' (NUNS J r./Sr. news/interview desk systems) UN I-PRO Desk System, UN ISET Wall/Column System (back wall system). UNI-PRO Studio System, UN l-C YCrM (cyclorama) and UN ISET Rolling Panels (reversible rolling panels). The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1)(B), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 (b), Soliciting from a single source (1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337212. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
