THE PROPOSED SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE VERY SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS 337211 FOR CONCERNS HEADQUARTERED IN THE NEW ORLEANS SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DISTRICT. If there are no offers received from a very small business concern, this acquisition is then 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation will be posted on the EPS web site (www.eps.gov). Anticipated posting date is 7 June 2004. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation.
