The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price type order. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Navy Medical Leader and Professional Development Command under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 337211. The contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
