Proposed grading to repair slope would include approximately 4 cubic yards of soil cut at a maximum depth of cut of three feet and approximately 83 cubic yards of fill at maximum fill height of 8 feet within a 0.0357-acre area. Landscaping, irrigation, and a new drain system would also be installed. No work Is proposed to the residence. The site is located in the RS-1-2 (Residential-Single Unit) Zone, within the La Jolla Community Plan, Coastal Overlay Zone (Nonappealable), Coastal Height Limit Overlay Zone, Brush Management, and the Parking Impact Overlay Zone (Coastal Impact).
