A sole source procurement is being issued to Morse Watchmans Inc. due to the proprietary nature of the items being procured. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Morse Watchmans Inc., 2 Morse Road, Oxford, CT 06478, UNITED STATES. Response Due Date: June 8, 2026, by 15:00(PST) The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, located at 335 East Germann Road, Gilbert, AZ 85297 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source to award a firm-fixed contract with no options to Morse Watchmans Inc. to provide delivery, setup, and configuration (5) KeyWatcher Illuminated Key Cabinets and (1) KeyWatcher Touch Key Cabinet along with accessories.
