Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase washers, dryers, and pedestal drawers for delivery to Camp San Luis Obispo, located in San Luis Obispo, CA zip code 93405. The following quantities are needed: quantity (20) LG dryers, manufacturer part number DLE4801W (electric) or equal; quantity (16) LG washers, manufacturer part number WM2250CW or equal; quantity (36) LG pedestal drawers, manufacturer part number WDP4W or equal. This is a request for quote. Brand name or equal will be acceptable. The dryers are to be electric. All washers, dryers, and pedestal drawers are to be white. Delivery of items is to be within 30 days after acceptance of a Government purchase order. The following FAR and DFAR clauses and provisions are hereby incorporated into this solicitation: 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.233-3 Protest After Award; 52.233-4 Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim; 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference; 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) or be able to get registered.
