Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company LLC. The proposed work is to remove the existing steel well monument and install a new traffic-rated flush-mounted well box on Lakewood Blvd at the State Route (SR) 91 on/off ramps, at postmile R14.62, in the City of Bellflower, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 18.25 inches, an average width of 36 inches, and a maximum length of 3 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
