Caltrans District 7 has issued an encroachment permit for a pipe installation project located on State Route 1 at postmile 24.31 in the City and County of Ventura. The project involves a private property owner installing a sewer connection using ABS pipe material via an open-cut method. The scope of work includes saw cutting, trenching, installing the main sewer connection and cut-off wall, and subsequent backfilling, compacting, and repaving of the asphalt surface.
