Caltrans approves an encroachment permit for Southern California Gas Company to perform one exploratory excavation within the underpass area to inspect an existing high-pressure pipeline and determine whether repairs are necessary, and perform associated temporary traffic control activities. If repairs are required, work will continue for up to 24 hours. The proposed work is located along State Route 210 (SR-210) at postmile R42.13 in Glendora, Los Angeles County. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 96 inches, an average width of 120 inches, and a maximum length of 20 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
