THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) CONSISTING OF ONE BASE YEAR AND FOUR OPTION YEARS AND WILL BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS UTILIZING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION PROCEDURES PURSUANT TO 10.U.S.C 2304(c)(1). THE APPROVED SOURCES ARE OSHKOSH TRUCK CORPORATION (45152) PART NUMBER 2AW411 AND TELEFLEX INC. MARINE/INDUSTRIAL DIV (62809) PART NUMBER 304261-003-0116.0. FOB DESTINATION AND INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT DESTINATION WILL BE REQUESTED. THE REQUIRED DELIVERY OF 92 DAYS WILL BE REQUESTED. THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM QTY IS 111 EACH (BASE YEAR ONLY), MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QTY IS 57 AND THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QTY IS 288 EACH FOR THE BASE AND OPTION YEARS.
