THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a solicitation of Purchase Request F1W3Q47219A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 424810 both with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following: Line Item 0001: A beer draught system to transport beer from the beer cooler located behind the wall to the bar. This system will have 2 towers with 10 tap handles on each tower and with a glycol power pack with separate pumps for each tower. The towers will be stainless steel construction with a mirror finish. The system will be glycol cooled with a gas blender pack for Alligal (food gas) gas and CO2 gas system. This system will include all beer and gas lines to and from the beer kegs and taps, hardware for mounting, drip pans and regulators. Additionally, offers of equal quality must include a copy of the technical description and/or product literature, as well as, a description of commercial warranty. Delivery shall be completed not later than 30 days after receipt of order and shall be FOB Destination.
