The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to December 11, 2018. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice must be emailed to contact@example.gov received by 1300 hours EST on December 11, 2018.
