The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23) on behalf of the St. Cloud VA Health Care System, 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303, contemplates issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for commercial items and service, titled "Nutrition and Food Service Equipment Including Installation and Fabrication." The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). Award is anticipated July or August 2014. Evaluations to proposals will use the Cascading Procurement Strategy (VAAR Subpart 819.7005). The applicable NAICS Code is 335228.
