SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
CLIN 0001 Dinex Duratherm Induction Charger Model# DX2011208 or equal Quantity: 3EA Shell construction must be manufactured with easy to clean material and be watertight. Must have enclosed heating system with no exposed electrical components. Must be able compatible to heat 9" Dinex trayline plates currently in use. Must be fast heating to allow for high-volume assembly of minimum 205 plates per hour. Must have ability to hold food temperature above 140 degrees for a maximum of 60 minutes on a plate not preheated. Must have visual and audible alert for completion of heat cycle. Must have cool-to-the-touch outer construction for handling safety. Must come with standard manufacturer warranty of a minimum of two years. The government does not accept extended warranties, which require advance payment. Must have standard 208v power requirements. Must be protected from power fluctuations. Must be compact size to reduce space needs. Must have automatic shut off when not in use to save energy. Must be portable for easy transportation and weigh low enough for 1-2 staff to move it to rolling cart.
