735-2026-8249 Three (3) House Demo Project

Midwestern State University is soliciting sealed competitive proposals for the abatement and demolition of three structures located at 2504 and 2527 Hampstead and 4014 Taft Blvd in Wichita Falls, Texas, under solicitation number 735-2026-8249. The project requires complete demolition of all buildings and structures, removal of all debris and waste materials, backfilling and grading of the sites, and restoration of the land to its pre-construction condition, including repair of any turf or ruts caused during work.
