The contract seeks an upgrade to the ODIN Tower System through the procurement of advanced 3D radar payload panels designed to enhance detection capabilities for small unmanned aerial systems, vehicles, personnel, and other targets. These radar panels must be integrated into hard body transit cases for deployment, provide 360-degree coverage via a 120-degree field of view per panel, and support range, azimuth, and elevation identification. The system is required to seamlessly integrate with the existing ODIN dual camera system, which includes fixed thermal lenses for immediate target identification, and must come with all necessary mounting hardware to fit the current ODIN Tower setup. Additionally, the panels should enable slew to cue functionality, offer strengthened cybersecurity features, and support software updates to protect against vulnerabilities. The contract is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334511 and is issued by the Department of Defense, with performance in Yigo, Guam. Vendors are expected to provide at least a one-year warranty and in-person training support outside the continental United States within one year of purchase. Support must also cover the existing ODIN Sensor Tower/PTZ day/night dual camera and mCore Edge Processor suite, excluding the radar package itself. The solicitation emphasizes compatibility with DFT’s current system and prioritizes secure, modernized radar solutions for improved operational effectiveness. The response deadline is June 26, 2026, with points of contact provided for further information.
