76 -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), 875 Fifteenth Street NW, Washington, DC 20005, intends to award a sole source firm fixed contract to Government of Vanuatu, National Statistics Office (VNSO), to acquire statistical data on Household Income Expenditures Surveys (HIES) in Vanuatu. The period of performance for this award is one year. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the MCC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not for competitive proposals. However, all expressions of interest received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the MCC. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the MCC not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the MCC.
