Full Description

Online access to 30 scientific and engineering journals (see list in solicitation for titles). Access will be for one year and available for Corps wide access through the USACE Rock Island District Library. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as unrestricted. The NAICS code 511120 will apply with the size standard of 500 Employees. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 14 December 2011. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on 21 December 2011, 2:00 p.m. CST. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal.
