Full Description

ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 for --- Nature America, Inc. 75 Varick St FL 9, New York, NY 10013-1917. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing or by email to the identified point of contact no later than Thursday, 09 December 2010 - 5:00 P.M., CDST. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties must submit quotes for consideration by the Government to contact@example.gov. Please use solicitation number referenced in the subject line. 1. The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Library has a requirement to use Nature America, Inc. as a sole source to purchase an ERDC multisite license to access Nature journal titles. 2. Nature America, Inc. is the sole publisher and provider of electronic access to their journals. 3. One year subscription dating 01-Jan-2011 through 31-Dec-2011 in an electronic format. Reference three sites, which are Champagne, Il, Hanover, NH, and Vicksburg, MS. ERDC has a total of 500 engineers and 10,000 employees for all sites.
