Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Cooperman Company; 1007 Route 121; Bellows Falls, VT 05101. The requirement is for Purchase Request for Cooperman Drum Sets. The drum sets will be custom made to order with solid one ply Vermont Maple, medium dark walnut stain finish with unit insignia custom hand painted art to unit and Heraldic Institute specifications. The rope will be quote mark filament Dacron and hoop color will be a clear coat finish. The NAICS code is 339992. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.
