This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. W91249-11-T-0102 has been issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 6 September 2011, 12:00 A.M. EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 339920, Size STD 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Offers shall be for Brand Name or Equal items. The award will be all or none, no partial bids will be considered. Prices quoted shall be FOB Destination.
