This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is W912L5-12-T-0003 . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-34. This is intended to be setaside for small business. Delivery must be made within 120 days or less after receipt of order (ARO).
