IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4):



(i) The 786FSS is seeking to procure food service equipment, to include Heavy-Duty Cooking Line and Ice & Beverage Equipment. 


(ii) In accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c), this pre-solicitation is published on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) to document the requirement. The Government will conduct a competitive acquisition and award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value and is most advantageous, price and other factors considered. Funding has been received; however, the anticipated award date will be determined following the evaluation of quotations.


(vi) All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.


(viii) An offeror’s proposed product must meet all specifications listed in the salient characteristics document and satisfy the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation in order to be eligible for award. Technical data to assist in proposal development is attached to this notice.
