2. Purpose of the Notice The VA Boston Healthcare System is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing Terarecon 3D Imaging Software, a mission critical tool for the Vascular Surgery and Cardiology services. The software delivers the advanced visualization, real time 3D reconstruction, and procedural planning capabilities required for complex interventions, supporting improved diagnostic accuracy, more efficient treatment planning, and enhanced clinical outcomes. Its continued availability is essential to maintaining high quality care for complex, high risk patient populations. Without it, the quality and effectiveness of patient care would be significantly reduced.
3. Description of Required Capabilities The requirement includes real-time 3D reconstruction used in cardiac and vascular surgical planning such as TAVR, TMVR, LAAC, PCI planning, cardiomyopathy assessment, TCAR vs CEA planning, EVAR, FEVAR, AAA repair planning, TEVAR, TBE, and stent planning. 4.
