The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide, install, and support a Brand Name or Equal PAR Excellence Weight Based Inventory Management System (WBIMS) for the Dayton VAMC and its associated medical facility locations. The system utilizes calibrated weighted bins to provide real-time visibility of secondary inventory and stock replenishment, integrating with the VISTA Generic Inventory Package. The scope of work includes the provision of all hardware, software, accessories, and labor, as well as a one-year warranty and a 12-month period of performance for hotline support and performance monitoring starting from the date of installation.
