I cannot determine if pricing should be a part of the response by July 5, 2024? Answer 1: This RFI requires proof that potential vendors are authorized by the OEM manufacturers, in this case HP, BlackMagic, and ATTO. Responses without Letters of Authorization (LOAs) will be considered non-responsive. These LOAs must be on letterhead or email from that company. Question 2: We politely ask for an extension in order to properly gather necessary documentation. Answer 2: We are extending the RFI by one week to allow Vendors to get the proper LOAs we require.
