Solicitation number 1333MJ26Q0052 is issued as a RFQ for an 8' x 72' Prefabricated Steel Bridge.

REQUIREMENT DETAILS: One (1) 8’ x 72’ Steel Truss Rail Bridge, brand name or equal to Roadrunner Bridge. Quoted supplies must meet or exceed the following salient characteristics:

• Prefabricated Steel Bridge
• 8-Ton Load Capacity (16,128 lb.)
• Bridge Weight 16,768 lbs.
• 52" Truss Railings
• Welded Steel Tube Structure
• Black Powder-Coated Finish
• 3” X 12" Treated Douglas Fir Decking

DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE:

• Delivery Date: 12/31/2026

• F.O.B. Point: Destination

EVALUATION & AWARD PROCEDURES: The Government intends to award a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Using a best-value tradeoff process, the Government will evaluate each proposal based on non-price evaluation criteria (Confidence Ratings: High, Some, Low) which, when combined, are significantly more important than Price. A comparative evaluation of quotations may also be performed to select the best-suited offeror. The anticipated award date is 9/4/26.
