Item # 1 was last purchased on 11/24/03 @ $0.55 per square yard for 41,420 square yards Item # 2 was last purchased on 11/24/03 @ $0.45 per square yard for 50,420 square yards Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form.
