This project is comprised of regrading a stormwater ditch at 8359 S 5th Avenue in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The Contractor will regrade approximately 520 linear feet of ditch and associated berm to achieve a consistent ditch slope and a minimum berm height relative to the bottom of the ditch per the Plans and Specifications. The proposed ditch will have at least a 4-foot bottom width, a ditch bottom elevation consistent with the “Proposed Ditch Bottom Elevation” line as shown on the profile on sheet C-002 of the Plans, and a top of berm elevation consistent with the “Proposed Top of Berm Elevation” line as shown on the profile on sheet C-002 of the Plans. The Contractor will restore any disturbed areas as a result of accessing and completing the Work. The construction will comply with the attached Plans and Specifications. The Contractor will need to secure and Erosion Control Permit from the City of Oak Creek.
