ITEM: GLOVES, UNISEX, BLACK LEATHER, DRESS - to be manufactured IAW A-A-50386. This acquisition will be issued as an IDTC with a split requirement as follows: 60% UNRESTRICTED and 40% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Quantity and term: Basic term is for a minimum of 135,000 pair and a maximum of 400,000 pair. Two (2) option terms with a minimum of 72,000 pair and a maximum of 400,000 pair for each term. Award of contract will include first delivery order of 135,000 pair with a production lead time beginning 120 days ADA with 30 day increments. 60% unrestricted requirement totaling 81,000 pair and the 40% set aside portion 54,000 pair. Destination: Defense Distribution Depot, New Cumberland PA and Defense Distribution Depot, Trcy CA. Product demonstration models will be required with proposal. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be used. The following evaluation factors will be included and are in descending order of importance: UNRESTRICTED - Product Demonstration Models, Past Performance, Socioeconomic Considerations and Javits-Wagner-O'Day.
