This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W912CZ08T9057. (iii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. (iv). This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside. Size standards 100 employees. The applicable NAICS is 315999. (v) The item requested is as follows: Hi-Visibility Raincoat. Quantity 173 ea. Blauer Style26950-1 or equal. Sizes are 20 each Small, 50 each Medium, 81 each Large and 22 each Xtra Large. Raincoats are to be B.Dry waterproof, windproof brathable fade resistant hi visibility yellow 100 percent polyester shell fabric. Lining 100 percent nylon. Scotchlite reflective trim around chest, sleeves and cuffs, removable hood stores in collar. NFPA Certified NO Common,Chemical Resistance NO, Liner is to be Zip out B.Warm quilted.
