84 -- PAD, SUPPORT LUMBAR

A RFQ will be issued for Pad, Support Lumbar for a quantity of 300 each. The applicable NSN is 8475-00-657-3557. This item is to be made in accordance with Design Control Reference 58F3580, Rev D. The RFQ will be issued as a Total Small Busines Set Aside. The destinations for delivery are Defense Depots New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Deliveries are due 60 days after the date of award consisting of 2 deliveries of 150 each. See numbered notes 1,9,13. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solictations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation.
