The Government intends to award a sole-source contract for the procurement of 72 sets of police uniforms to meet the needs of the Defense Distribution Center’s Police Department in Tracy, California. This acquisition will be conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b), allowing for solicitation and negotiation with only one source, specifically targeting a supplier located within a 30-mile radius of the depot to facilitate proper measurements and fitting.
