Vendor to prepare monthly cost of pest services at the following location: ALDOT District 84 Office, 600 Max Gillis Rd, Grove Hill, Ala 36451.Pest Services are to be provided monthly at the District's Office , Gas house, Shop,Permit Trailer and Project's Office 1 & 2include the extermination of the following pests: ants, roaches, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, spiders, and mice(excludes flying pests, stinging insects, urban wildlife, termites, biting spiders, fleas and snakes).Vendors are encouraged to come view the site before submitting a bid, but it's not mandatory.Service should be billed monthly on one invoice for the services provided at the above locations.Valid Period: 10/1/2026 thru 09/30/2027
