THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE:  The Network 10 Contracting Office, 8888 Keystone Crossing Suite 325 Indianapolis IN 46240, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, purchase order for Integrated Pest Management at the Aleda E. Lutz Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Saginaw, MI. 


  • The Solicitation is anticipated to be issued as an Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
  • NAICS Code 561710 – Extermination and Pest Control Services, NAICS Size Standard $17.5 Million. 
  • The Product Service Code is S207 – Housekeeping – Insect/Rodent Control.


This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Overhaul Procedures outlined in RFO Part 12.
