THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE:  The Network 10 Contracting Office, 8888 Keystone Crossing Suite 325 Indianapolis IN 46240, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, purchase order for Building Washing at the Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Outpatient Clinic in Columbus, OH. 


  • The Solicitation is anticipated to be issued as an Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
  • NAICS Code 561720 – Janitorial Services, NAICS Size Standard $22 Million. 
  • The Product Service Code is Z1DZ – Maintenance of Other Hospital Buildings.


This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Overhaul Procedures outlined in RFO Part 12.
