This Request for Proposals is for Janitorial Services at the MVY Air Traffic Control Tower in West Tisbury, MA, to be completed as required in the Statement of Work and Frequency Chart in the following attachments:


  • J-1 MVY SOW
  • J-5 MVY Frequency Chart

This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.


The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to the effort is:

The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base plus four option years. Period of Performance begins 1/1/27.
