The City of New York Department of Design and Construction is seeking a consultant to conduct a Capital Project Scope Development study for the Myrtle Avenue Corridor in Brooklyn. This Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise set-aside project involves a comprehensive baseline analysis of existing public and private utilities, vaults, and substructures to identify construction constraints, particularly those related to the elevated subway. The consultant will perform corridor analysis to assess suitable crossing locations using MTA records and DEP drainage plans, providing critical inputs for Hydraulic and Hydrology analysis.
