The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services is seeking a small business contractor to provide comprehensive vision services for the resident population at the Loysville Youth Development Center in Loysville, Pennsylvania. The scope of work includes on-site eye examinations performed by licensed optometrists or ophthalmologists, the provision of frames and lenses meeting specific diopter and tint requirements, and the performance of minor repairs such as fixing broken frames or cracked lenses.
