The scope of work includes the purchase and storage of VAC, the conversion of Government-owned VAC into usable finished vaccines, and the direct purchase of finished vaccines. The contract features a ceiling price of 800 million dollars and a long-term performance horizon, consisting of five one-year ordering periods for VAC and direct purchases starting December 1, 2026, with conversion and delivery of finished vaccines extending through November 30, 2044.
