91--Blanket Purchase Agreement for Fuel to Include No. 2 Fuel Oil for Heating, On-Road Diesel Fuel, Off-Road Diesel Fuel and 87 Percent Octoane Gasoline for the Washington Acqueduct Properties, Washington, DC

This requirement is for fuel to include No. 2 Fuel Oil for heating, On-Road Diesel fuel, Off-Road Diesel fuel and 87 percent Octane Gasoline. This proposed procurement is Unrestricted. It is advertised under NAICS code 454312, SIC code 5984, FSC co de 9130 with a size standard of $6.5M. The Governments intent is to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements from this solicitation. The contractors will be required to provide the fuels described above to the USACE-Washington Aqueduct Division, Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant, 5900 MacArthur Blvd NW, Washington DC 20016-2514 and the USACE-Washington Aqueduct Division, McMillan Water Treatment Plant, 2500 1st Street NW, Washington DC 20001 in accordance with the statement of work included in the request for quotations package. Services will be required for a five year period. Calls against the BPAs will be placed to vendors as various fuels are required. Vendors will be required to respond and deliver no later than (NLT) 2 days from time of call. The sol icitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS) -- a one-time registration process for vendors/contractors -- Accounts may only be attained by CCR- registered contractors/vendors, go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
