This amendment is to clarify the requirement for red dyed diesel #2. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for supplying and delivering approximately 16,300 gallons to 21,100 gallons of red dyed #2 diesel fuel. Up to 8,000 gallons will be delivered to Tioga Road, 3,500 gallons will be delivered to Chinquapin, and between 4,800 to 9,600 gallons will be delivered to Wawona Tunnel. Deliveries will be made at three separate locations in the park and must be coordinated in accordance with the Scope of Work. Multiple deliveries will be made between April 16, 2018 and July 6, 2018. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 140P8518Q0023, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-97 (effective November 6, 2017). The NAICS code is 324110 with an associated small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible.
