The agreement covers the delivery of 87 octane unleaded gas, #1 off-road diesel, #2 off-road diesel, #2 winter blended off-road diesel, and liquid propane. Contractors are required to comply with US ASTM and national fuel quality standards, and delivery drivers must carry spill kits at all times. Invoicing for orders exceeding 15,000 dollars must be processed through IPP.gov, while smaller orders will be handled via Government Purchase Card.
